A Reading of the Continuing Russian Accusations of the Syrian Opposition of Using Chemical Weapons

The essay attempts to highlight the repeated Russian accusations against the Syrian opposition of using chemical weapons and the motives for repeating these accusations in line with the Russian media strategy in general. Understanding these accusations is regarded a cornerstone for understanding the mindset of the Russian decision-maker.
