It aimed through this to continue its development of the National Consensus Index and improve its outputs and present a critical analysis through discussion of its methodology and numbers and percentages \u00a0in cooperation with experts, specialists and parties interested in guiding the national Syrian movement. The seminar was held in Istanbul on Saturday, 25 Jamada al-Akhira, 1440\/2 March, 2019.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The seminar was attended by a number of academics, researchers and actors in the Syrian issue, and its content ranged between discussing the mechanism of the monitoring bodies and how to deal with the monitored parties to expanding the idea of the index and the possibility of building other indices in the same context. There was also discussion on the artistic and technical aspects of the index and how to develop them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Continuing the center\u2019s development of
