This report investigates, in its first part, the reality of the Syrian economy as it indicates the existence of deep problems that were carrying it to inevitable collapsing before the law of \u201cCaesar\u201d and that is for what the previous years caused of economic losses that inflicted its main sectors and destroyed its infrastructure. On the other hand, the second part of this report discusses the policies that Al-Asad\u2019s regime used in order to face the previous financial crises which he is expected to continue using to face the law of \u201cCaesar\u201d. The report ends with its third part which investigates the law of \u201cCaesar\u201d and the argument around it between supporters who consider it as a tool to weakening the regime and quicken its fall and those who see it ineffective and think that it has negative effects on the civilians as the report states a group of opinions and responses to them.<\/p>\n
