The Syrian constitutional committee, which the United Nations announced its formation by the end of 2019, represented a unique case in the internal conflicts as being the first time that the constitutional process comes before the political agreement and the first time to form the constitutional committee after a decision of the United Nations.
\nAfter reviewing the development of the political track of the Syrian state in the \u201cFirst edition\u201d and after discussing the intersection of international interests regarding the terms of political solution in the \u201csecond edition\u201d, this edition – the third and final edition- will discuss the scenarios of political solution that is limited currently to the constitutional committee.
\nThis edition \u2013the third in the series- investigates the track of the constitutional committee by discussing the factors of its failure and success within the context of analyzing some of similar experiences.<\/p>\n
