The paper then tries to identify the obstacles in front of transforming the Syrian situation into a case that Syrians of all stripes carry.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">In its first section, the paper sought to describe the Syrian situation while the second section of the paper presented a review of the Palestinian experience by highlighting the features of the formation of community work or what is known as popular mobilization work historically. The paper closes with the third section which attempted to answer the question: \u201cHas the Syrian case been transformed to a cause in the hearts of her children?\u201d and identify some of the obstacles that affected this process.
