Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131n y\u00f6netimiyle ilgili belirleyici yasal \u00e7er\u00e7eveleri hususunda bilgi vermenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00fc\u00e7 temel belirleyici fakt\u00f6re dayanarak Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerin T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131na ne kadar entegre olabildikleri konusunda genel bir de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131 ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise, \u201cOkul Sistemi ve Entegrasyon S\u00fcrecine Etkileri\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015f olup, bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, entegrasyon \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 destekleme veya engelleme hususunda \u00f6\u011fretmenin ve idari sistemin okuldaki rol\u00fcn\u00fc ve di\u011fer dolayl\u0131 ya da do\u011frudan etkisi olabilecek baz\u0131 d\u0131\u015f fakt\u00f6rler ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ise, \u201cAile ve \u00d6\u011frenci, Ki\u015fisel ve D\u0131\u015f Fakt\u00f6rlerin Entegrasyon S\u00fcrecine Katk\u0131s\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, entegrasyon s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturan, Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frenciyi olumlu ya da olumsuz etkileyebilecek bir grup fakt\u00f6r ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece 700 bine yak\u0131n Suriyeli \u00d6\u011frencinin(E\u011fitim g\u00f6rebilecek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n %70\u2019i) T\u00fcrk Okullar\u0131nda e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerin T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131na entegrasyon s\u00fcrecinin 4 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r\u00fc g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak de\u011ferlendirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bunlar: \u00d6\u011frencilerin dil zorluklar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fma kabiliyeti, bir e\u011fitim kurumu olarak okulla ili\u015fkileri ve okula ne kadar s\u0131cak bakt\u0131klar\u0131, bir de Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerin T\u00fcrkiyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerle sosyal ili\u015fkiler kurma konusunda kabiliyeti.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Elde etti\u011fimiz bulgular\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetleyebiliriz:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><u>Dil zorluklar\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131 a\u015fma kabiliyeti:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00d6\u011frencilerin baz\u0131lar\u0131, T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131nda bir y\u0131ldan fazla s\u00fcredir e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmelerine ra\u011fmen hala kendilerine ne s\u00f6ylendi\u011fini anlayamama, kendilerini ifade edememe ya da dersleri takip edememe gibi dilden kaynakl\u0131 baz\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckler \u00e7ekmektedir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re, erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklara nispeten daha \u00e7ok zorluk \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u0130lkokulda, e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan di\u011fer e\u011fitim seviyelerine g\u00f6re kolay olmas\u0131 ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak sosyal ve e\u011flence faaliyetlerinden olu\u015fmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yine de dil zorluklar\u0131n\u0131n var oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerden T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131na ge\u00e7enlerin % 13\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn bu okullarda \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ldan fazlad\u0131r e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmelerine ra\u011fmen halen T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019lerinin ciddi anlamda zay\u0131f oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><u>Okula dair olu\u015fan alg\u0131:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ebeveynlerin %39\u2019u \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131yla ili\u015fkisinin iyi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken, 23%\u2019\u00fc \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n okulla olan ili\u015fkisinin zay\u0131f oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n da bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n dil zorluklar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen okulla olan ili\u015fkilerinin zay\u0131f oldu\u011fu saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Entegrasyon karar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk okullarda e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flayan \u00f6\u011frencilerde okula dair olu\u015fan alg\u0131n\u0131n sabit oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00d6\u011frencilerinin okula dair olumsuz alg\u0131lar\u0131 ve okulla olan ili\u015fkileri birka\u00e7 y\u0131l e\u011fitim g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olsalar bile halen de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Bunlar da rahats\u0131zl\u0131k hissini olu\u015fturan ana nedenin, dil sorunlar\u0131 ve yeni okul ortam\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu hissin arkas\u0131nda ba\u015fka nedenler olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Entegrasyon karar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncesinde T\u00fcrk okullarda e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flayan \u00f6\u011frencilerde okula dair olumlu bir alg\u0131 olu\u015fmas\u0131nda ve okulun ortam\u0131na al\u0131\u015fma konusunda daha \u00e7ok kabiliyet g\u00f6sterdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Erkek \u00f6\u011frencilerinin k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilere nispeten okulda daha \u00e7ok rahats\u0131z olduklar\u0131 izlenmi\u015ftir. Yine, T\u00fcrkiyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerle arkada\u015fl\u0131k kuramayan Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerin %47\u2019sinin ilkokul \u00f6\u011frencisi oldu\u011fu saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Suriyeli \u00f6\u011frencilerin T\u00fcrk okullara ge\u00e7melerinin ard\u0131ndan, dil zorlu\u011fundan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak arkada\u015fl\u0131k kurma konusunda ba\u015fka zorluklar \u00e7ektikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.
